Digital Wallet

Quick Tips

Having difficulty entering your personal details, banking information, or experiencing failed transactions? Here are a quick tips that may be preventing you from successfully transacting inside the ecosystem:

1. Personal Details

  • Personal details (identity document) should match your billing information that you intend to link to the HUMBL Wallet. If for some reason you have changed locations, this may result in a KYC failure or require additional information to verify your identity.
  • Identity documents should be uploaded with all four corners completely visible. You do not need to crop the photo to fit perfectly, it is more important that all four corners are clearly visible

2. Geographic Restrictions

  • ACH is currently not available in the following states: NY, TX, CT, HI, NH, VT, VA
  • Credit and debit purchases are not available in NY and TX
  • Any transaction attempted with personal/billing details from these states will result in a failure

3. Payment Method

  • We currently accept Visa and Mastercard
  • Payment methods must be personal accounts (business accounts are not accepted and will result in a failed transaction)

4. Limits

Standard: $500/week

International Standard Limit

  • $1000/week (if they are using a FIAT currency other than USD, however the limit amount is still calculated in USD)

US Higher Limits

  • $25000 per transaction
  • $7500 monthly
  • $100,000 yearly

Limits are based on a 7-day rolling basis. Once a transaction is delivered, 7 days from that time, the limit will refresh.

ACH Purchase Limits:

  • 7-day limit $25,000
  • 60-day limit $75,000
  • Yearly limit $250,000

To note** Users are not able to withdraw more than $25,000 per week

5. A Note on Processing Times

  • Transactions can take up to 3-5 days to process, with an additional 2-3 business days to post to your HUMBL Wallet or deposit to your account depending on your banking institution
  • This applies to credit/debit, ACH, transfers and withdrawals

What is the HUMBL Pay Wallet?

The HUMBL Pay Wallet was built to provide an interface service that allows customers to earn interest, send and receive digital currencies and execute various crypto transactions.

What does the HUMBL Pay Wallet offer?

With the HUMBL Pay Wallet, you can:

  • Earn Interest
  • Peg to Stablecoin
  • Send and Receive Digital Currencies
  • Buy and Sell

What is Cryptocurrency?

At its core, cryptocurrency is typically decentralized digital currency designed to be used over the internet. Crypto makes it possible to transfer value online without the need for a middleman like a bank or payment processor, allowing value to transfer globally, near-instantly, 24/7, for low fees.

Cryptocurrencies are usually not issued or controlled by any government or other central authority. They’re managed by peer-to-peer networks of computers running free, open-source software. Generally, anyone who wants to participate is able to.

If a bank or government isn’t involved, how is crypto secure? It’s secure because all transactions are vetted by a technology called a blockchain.

ACH, also known as “Automated Clearing House” payments provide a direct connection between your HUMBL Wallet and your banking institution (checking or savings accounts).

I am attempting to purchase crypto currency through the HUMBL Wallet but I am receiving an error message.

If you are experiencing a failed transaction when attempting to purchase crypto using a credit or debit card in the HUMBL Wallet, it has likely failed as a result of fraud rules established by our processing provider, or by the card issuer blocking certain transaction types (e.g. transactions related to crypto). Unfortunately, due to the increased fraudulent activity of card transactions in the digital assets industry, our processing provider has very conservative fraud rules that block many transactions or activities that are suspected of fraud. At this time, our processing provider does not have the ability to adjust the fraud rules to increase the volume of successful transactions.

A payment can fail for a number of reasons. Here what to check before sending in a support ticket:

  • Check with your bank-issued card to see if you have any holds/blocks for this type of transaction.
  • Make sure you are not in a non-supported US state or country
  • Note we do not accept Apple Cash or Prepaid Card at this time
  • Review your Apple Pay info and Card billing info
  • We currently only accept Visa and MasterCard. This can be debit or credit.
  • Make sure you are using a mobile phone # and not a Landline/VOIP #

In any of these cases, we have a few recommendations that might help your next transaction complete processing successfully. We recommend to always:

  • Check our geographic restrictions here (LINK: . Any states or countries that are listed we cannot currently support transaction processing in that jurisdiction. We keep this list updated, and you can expect this list to get shorter!
  • Sometimes there are issues with your issuing bank not authorizing your transaction. We recommend contacting your bank card issuer for more information, as you may need to authorize Wyre as a merchant to continue making purchases.
  • Keep your billing information updated, including your Apple Pay profile for the debit/credit card you are using.
  • Any prepaid card which includes Cashapp, Transferwise, Revolut, N26, and others are not currently accepted. If you are using one of those, you will have to try another card.

Lastly, it is important to note that if your transaction has failed and there are amounts appearing on your statement - these are only temporary authorizations. These will disappear within 2-3 business days.

I received two codes from Wyre but they are not being accepted. What should I do next?

Some transactions require a two step authentication in order to process. If you are asked to enter codes, you will receive one via SMS and the other will be delivered as a temporary authorization on your banking statement.

When accessing the code on your banking statement, you will need to click on the pending transaction, from there, you will find the code in the transaction details.

If for some reason you do not receive a code on your statement, please contact your bank as they can provide one to you.

We recommend that you contact your bank prior to attempting to purchase again as there are time out limits as well as daily limits for attempted purchases.

I received a time-out message when completing my order. What should I do next?

To avoid market movements during a transaction, pricing is locked in for 15 minutes to ensure the pricing you start with is the pricing you end up with. If for some reason you are unable to complete within this time, you will be directed back to the app to complete.

I received a message stating that I have exceeded my limit to purchase. What are the limits and what should I do next?

Standard: $500/week

International Standard Limit

  • $1000/week (if they are using a FIAT currency other than USD, however the limit amount is still calculated in USD)

US Higher Limits

  • $25000 per transaction
  • $7500 monthly
  • $100,000 yearly

Limits are based on a 7-day rolling basis. Once a transaction is delivered, 7 days from that time, the limit will refresh.

ACH Purchase Limits:

  • 7-day limit $25,000
  • 60-day limit $75,000
  • Yearly limit $250,000

To note** Users are not able to withdraw more than $25,000 per week

I attempted to complete a transaction that was over the daily limit (check country limits here), I received an error, the transaction did not go through, why was my card charged?

While you attempted to complete a transaction that did not go through, you may see an authorization request on your statement. It is important to note that if your order failed and there are amounts appearing on your statement - these are only temporary authorizations. These will disappear within 2-3 business days.

How do I transfer assets through the Wallet?

You can send assets directly to your HUMBL Wallet via third party exchange by selecting “Send”. From here you will enter the wallet address you wish to send funds from. We recommend copy and pasting the wallet address as transactions that occur on the blockchain are not reversible.

I successfully completed a transaction, when can I expect to receive my assets?

Transactions can take 3-5 business days to process, with an additional 2-3 days to clear depending on your banking institution.

You will see a hold posted on your banking statement as the payment processes. If for some reason the transaction fails, your pending transaction will drop off in 2-3 business days.
